Vendor information for Spring Craft Sale

Mill Woods United Church invites vendors to participate in our Spring Craft Market on Saturday, May 7th from 10 am to 4 pm by renting a table on the main floor of the church.

There will also be a plant sale in the Lounge and light refreshments for sale. We have room for 35 vendors only. The market is gently juried in order to offer the best mix of vendors and the best shopping experience for our customers. We ask that  vendors  remain for the duration of the show.

Tables are $50 each. All tables are 6 feet and you are required to bring your own tablecloth. Space requirements mean staying within the area you have been assigned. Let us know if you require power. You are responsible for providing your own extension cord. We are not able to provide dividers. To respect customer sensitivities, we do not allow burning of scented candles.

Full payment is required with your registration. Please, no post-dated cheques. Registration deadline is April 22nd, 2016 and you will be notified regarding your participation. Your cheque will be cashed after we confirm with you by phone or email. Please print and mail registration form to:
