December 21 Winter Solstice and the Blue Christmas Service - 7:30 PM in Sanctuary
For some, Christmas season is not a season filled with joy, happiness and celebration. Rather it is a season of remembering those who are no longer with us, a season of loss and sadness, and a season in which we remember the myriad of disappointments and sorrows in our life. The Blue Christmas Service is designed to speak to and touch those who find Christmas a difficult time.
December 24 Family Christmas Eve Service – 4:30 PM in Sanctuary
This is a Christmas Eve celebration for children of all ages. We will sing familiar Christmas songs and familiar Christmas Carols, hear the familiar Christmas story, participate in a Christmas Eve scavenger hunt, and close by singing Silent Night.
December 24 Traditional Christmas Eve Service – 7:00 PM in Sanctuary
This will be a traditional Christmas Eve service of Lessons and Carols with special music and closing with singing Silent Night by candlelight.
December 25 Christmas Day – Sunday, 10:30 AM in Sanctuary
We will gather on Christmas Day to celebrate the birth of the Christ child by celebrating Holy Communion.
