The island I allude to is Trinidad & Tobago. This Caribbean island nation has a rich and varied culinary history which includes European, African, Asian and Middle Eastern influences. My family's products are a mix of these. Over time I put my own mark on these delights and started sharing them over the last couple of years at local farmers markets in Edmonton and surrounding communities.
